Welcome to our Sleep course, which builds on our core Mental Health Awareness content and explores of the topic of sleep and the role that how we sleep plays in both physical and mental health.
It is supported by two Sleep workbooks (in PDF format), which detail much of the content and highlight key points to remember and actions to take, enabling you to refresh your understanding and implement your new knowledge, skills and tools immediately.
