Exploring the topic of sleep, this workshop increases appreciation of the role sleep plays in both physical and mental wellbeing.

We will look at why we sleep, what governs sleep and the sleep cycle, before exploring the impact of sleep deprivation on the brain and body, from many health perspectives, the benefits of prioritising good quality and duration of sleep on both our physical and mental health, and practical ways for us to improve our sleep and intentionally minimise the possibility of sleep deprivation and the negative impact on our health, lives and work, to enhance our resilience and performance.
