An exploration of the nutrients in food and the relationship between what we eat and our mental health, the impact of poor nutrition on the brain and body, as well as simple things we can do ourselves to intentionally incorporate better nutrition into our diet in order to enhance our wellbeing.

Physical Activity for Enhanced Resilience

An exploration of the primitive reasons behind why we need to move and exert ourselves, the impact of both a lack of physical activity and increased physical activity on the brain and body, as well as simple things we can do ourselves incorporate more activity into our lives in order to enhance our wellbeing

As a result of our digital courses, you will leave with the following when it comes to the various course topics:

 

  • Increased awareness and insight into your own status and habits.
  • Enhanced knowledge, understanding and confidence.
  • Tools and an action plan to enable you to make positive changes.

 

All courses include a manual and/or workbook which details all learning content and highlights key points to remember and actions to take, to enable you to refer back and refresh your knowledge, enabling you to implement your new knowledge and tools into your life and work immediately and with confidence.
