Exploring the science behind movement (defined as activity that is low to moderate in intensity) and exercise (defined as activity that is moderate to high in intensity), this workshop raises awareness of the primitive reasons behind why we need to move.

We will cover what physical activity is designed to enable and achieve and how it impacts the brain and the body, as well as simple things we can do ourselves to proactively minimise the negative impact on our health of low physical activity.
