Exploring the nutrients in food, how the body uses them, and the relationship between what we eat (our diet), and our health, this workshop increases awareness of the importance of the food we eat in the context of both physical and mental health.

We will cover what nutrition is, the impact of poor nutrition on the brain and body and therefore on our wellbeing, what good nutrition is specifically, and practical ways for us to intentionally incorporate better nutrition into our diet in order to minimise the negative impact on our health of poor nutrition.
