Nutrition for enhanced Resilience and Performance.

Building on our core Mental Health Awareness content, this course is an exploration of the topic of nutrition and how it impacts the brain and body and therefore our physical and mental health.
Exploring the nutrients in food, how the body uses them, and the relationship between what we eat (our diet), and our health, this workshop increases awareness of the importance of the food we eat in the context of both physical and mental health.

It outlines the impact of poor nutrition on the brain and body and therefore on our wellbeing, increases knowledge about what good nutrition is specifically, and also provides practical ways for us to intentionally incorporate better nutrition into our diet in order to enhance our resilience and performance.
